	January 25th, 2023 Class Times Changes Starting on February 1st, class times have been slighly altered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays for some classes.
	July 19th, 2022 New Class Times Tae Kwon Do Tuesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm, for all ranks. Haidong Gumdo Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm, for Green Belts and higher. Tae Kwon Do Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, for Red Belts and Black Belts only. Kickboxing Wednesdays from 8:15pm to 9:15 pm, for anyone. Archery Friday from 8:15 to 9:00 pm, by invitation only. Tae Kwon Do Sunday from 2 to 3 pm for Green Belts and higher.
	July 23rd-24th, 2022 2022 Haidong Gumdo Seminar Master Laura will be hosting a Haidong Gumdo seminar for Color Belts, Black Belts, and World Haidong Gumdo Federation Masters and Instructors at the studio on July 23rd and 24th, 2022.

	October 20th, 2018 Hapkido Midwest USA Seminar 2018 Presented by 10th Dan Grandmaster Hong Sik Myung, "Come join our excitement and learn authentic Hapkido from a true legend in the art. In this seminar, you have the chance to experience and learn original Hapkido techniques, both basic and advanced". Hosted at the studio on October 20th, 2018.

	July 7, 2013 Mulympics in South Korea Photos The COMA USA team traveled to south Korea in July to attend the 1st Mulympics. Phyllis McMullen, Candie Vazquez, Tim Scholl and Abby Scholl competed in Haidong Gumdo (sword). Master Laura, Tim Scholl, Abby Scholl, Candie Vazquez, and Tran Nuygen competed in Tae Kwon Do. The entire team was successful in their events and received many medals and trophies. Also included in the trip was special training at the Kukkiwon, tours of historical attractions, shopping, experiencing Korean cuisine, and learning more about the culture. Everyone had a great time and can't wait for their next trip.
